After doing a diagnostic on a 2007 VW it appeared that the indicated problem might still be covered under a since lapsed warranty. Not being sure R&N called the VW dealership and it turned out that the necessary work would be covered under a recall provision of the manufacturer. Rather than R&N fixing the problem and charging us for parts and labor I was able to go to VW and have the problem corrected for FREE. R&N saved us a lot of money because they care for their customers

I handle 95% of the work my well-worn vehicles need. Occasionally, I don't have the time or the special equipment needed for a repair, so I go to R&N. On this occasion, a wheel alignment and a tire were needed. The work was done within the expected time, the price was reasonable, and communications were top notch. A comprehensive inspection of the vehicle was done, during which several issues that I had not observed on my own were pointed out. There was no "hard-sell" to get the work done, just an explanation of items needing attention and why. I highly recommend R&N for any vehicle service needs.
