Robert is always on point, polite, and a straight shooter. He only recommends what he feels is necessary and doesn't try to sell products frivolously. He has earned my trust and my business. The mechanics are polite, efficient, and the shop waiting area is clean (and there is coffee!) All service done to my vehicle has been in a reasonable time, reasonable cost, and I haven't had any problems with their work.

Searched for a place to take my BMW to be aligned and for a tire rotation, thinking I may need new tires. Found R&N online, read all the great reviews from previous customers and decided to give them a shot. From drop off to pick up, my first time experience was great! The staff kept me informed throughout the day and the technician even gave me a call prior to beginning any work on my vehicle. Being able to pay online and having the keys left for me after the shop closed was very convenient. Will definitely be returning for all my future BMW needs and will most certainly be recommending R&N to everyone. Thank you!! :)
