My car, a 2006 BMW 325i, recently overheated and I had to pull over to the side of the highway to have it towed to an auto repair shop. As with most auto repair shops, I had my reservations but had no choice at the end of the day. As R&N happened to be closest and an AAA preferred vendor, it was the obvious choice on a whim. Fortunately, they have an experienced BMW mechanic who was able to work on my car. Robert was forthcoming with the work that needs to be performed on the car; he verified the amount of work required to be done and the exact cost for the service before performing the repair. I'm sure that the repair cost would have been more if I had taken to a BMW dealership as Robert procured the necessary parts that were within reasonable price range. To my surprise, the labor cost of the repair was just as reasonable. Robert and his staff were professional and prompt with the service that they delivered (two-day turn-around time on short notice). He also provided me a code for a discount on the rental I had to get on that day, which saved me some money given the circumstances. My entire experience with R&N was very pleasant and painless. All in all, this was definitely one of my better experiences with an auto repair shop and I'm impressed by their work ethic and integrity.
