Two words you will see a lot in reviews for R & N are "honest" and "professional", those words are used for a reason. The waiting room is clean and the employees are friendly, approachable and knowledgable. If they find something broken/worn out on your car, they will show it to you and explain the importance of the repair so that you have a complete understanding. While I was waiting for an oil change, I even saw another customer bring her car in for a "second opinion" because another shop had told her something was worn out; she knew that she could come to R & N and they would be honest with her. True to her expectations, the tech used his cell phone to take a picture of the part, then he came out to discuss the issue and repair plans with her at length until she was satisfied with the diagnosis and ready to move forward. Needless to say, I was impressed with the service and would certainly recommend bringing your car to R & N.
