We have been here a few times with a good experience most of the time. Prices have been fair. Work appears honest. Staff seem friendly at times but often feel 'rushed' (beyond comfort). Highly recommend you give them a try. Enjoy the fact they seem they love Jesus Christ (my assumption) from interactions and generally Godly types which is nice! Only complaints are as follows: (a) 'communication' can be an issue often -- really need much work in this area. (b) They use carfax (?) service which they enrolled us in without explicit authorization. Now we get SPAMMED with missed oil change emails etc. but oil changes are often done at the dealer and are up to date -- THIS IS TERRIBLE and NOT appreciated! (c) Also, if they say they will call at a time or have someone else call at a particular 'triggered event or condition', we no longer can expect that to be a reality in many cases. (d) They told us they can work on European cars but turned out they gave up and suggested we take to a dealer. Didn't expect the inability to resolve the issue but DID appreciate. the honesty. I did expect a discount after they communicated a lack of skill/ability/ etc but didn't get one. **other than these things, we find them as a place to TRUST and we hope to return w/ future needs. :)
Thank you for your 4 Star review, Jeff. I would appreciate it if you could give us a call and figure out the CarFax issue. We use them to decode VIN information and check for maintenance that has been done. I am sure there is a way to opt out of thier communications if you wish to.
