I need to find something close to home that specialized in my car although it was just a purchase inspection sitting in the waiting room and hearing the interactions with other customers I will definitely be coming back for service!! Prompt,reliable alignment on our 2012 Avalon was a 5 star job. Thanks Robert. Returned recently for NC inspection and asked to have alignment and suspension checked on my 2016 Buick. I was purchasing a used vehicle from a lot in the area. I called R&N to ask if they had time to inspect it for me and they said to bring it on. They gave me a few options of different inspections they could perform and I chose to do a pre-purchase inspection. I am not a mechanic but consider myself a mechanically inclined. They pointed out a handful of things that I did not notice myself and gave me an honest opinion about the condition of the vehicle. I was satisfied with their work and consider it a worthwhile investment. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't waste my time. The few customers that came in while I was there all seemed pleased with their service as well. I would recommend the shop to anyone in the area.
