Our family will always use R & N Motor Company for our cars. My car had issues with the transmission and required a replacement due to a manufacturer defect that wasn't covered under warranty any longer, so I called to see what it would cost to replace the transmission with a remanufactured. They quoted three options and gave details about each to include a rough pricing estimate. I scheduled the appointment for the diagnostic and it confirmed a replacement was needed. Ryan communicated with me frequently and had the car back to me in amazing time, even with the current supply chain issues we are experiencing. The cost was under what several other shops quoted me. This isn't the first work we have had them do on our cars, and I'm sure it won't be the last. Highly recommend for an honest, reasonably priced, caring shop!!
