It was my first time doing business with them and everyone that I met was nice, polite and very professional. Shout out to Ryan who not only completed the service before time, but the price was great as well. I will without a doubt come back for my car needs. UPDATE: 05/16/2022: Once again, my experience with this company is great. I was told from another auto shop that I needed work that would be very expensive. As soon as I returned to Sanford, I took my car into R&N, they fixed the problem and once again the price was very reasonable. This is by far the best shop I have ever gone to. Thanks again guys for being honest and professional.

I had a really great experience coming to this shop with my Toyota for an oil change. They were professional and very welcoming during my appointment and I will be back for any future repairs. A good, trustworthy mechanic is very hard to come by so I would definitely recommend checking them out for any repairs needed.

I can not thank the people at R&N more!! Before bringing my car to them I had been 3 other places all of which said they couldnt find the problem. R&N fit me into their schedule and solved my problem and if i had continued to drive on it(which the other places said would be fine basically making me feel like i was crazy for thinking something was wrong) i could have been in a lot of trouble.
