When I picked up my vehicle I was informed of somethings that needed to be addressed. Since they had my truck all afternoon, I would prefer to have been notified of theses issues earlier so they could have addressed them while they had my truck rather than having to make Another appointment a few days later.

Robert never does a thing to your vehicle without first letting you know exactly what is going on with it and makes sure you understand why it needs to be done... I do like that and dont have to worry about things not getting done right...
