I highly recommend R&N Motor Company. I recently took my 2011 Dodge Avenger to the local dealership who advised that my problem would be a "major repair" costing over $800. I found Robert online (really by accident) while researching why the "major repair" was not a recall or covered by my warranty. From the minute we called, we were very impressed by the level of professionalism and customer service. He promptly returned our call, made an appointment to accommodate our schedule, and offered other recommendations since we are new to the area. Long story short...my car is running like a champ...and he repaired it for $172 versus the $800+ quoted by the dealership. He is our new mechanic!!

Very nice, professional, and great service! The lack of the 5th star is due to the prices. I know that it is hard to and expensive to run a business but it is also hard to pay high prices for the repair of cars that we are trying to keep in good order because we cannot afford a new one....catch22.

We understand prices can be high especially on a 12 year old VW Jetta but I feel we actually saved money by advising not to buy an AC control head until the AC system is repaired. Several of the vehicle's issues were from sub-par repairs while the used motor was installed. These European vehicles require quality parts to stay running so we choose to install factory quality parts to keep your vehicle in good running order. Remember we warranty our repairs for 24 months / 24k miles.

Truly great service. I brought my car in for a check engine light. It was discovered it was a manufacture error and under an additional warranty. Gave me the number, all the info and fixed my squeaky door for free.

I was told could fix car but didn't and charged me $220 for no service

This is an all wheel drive vehicle and the tow bill to us was $130 which we paid and included on our bill. This vehicle was diagnosed with an electronic steering interlock module failure that is a dealer item and required programming, requiring a dealer. Our charge was only $90 for diagnostics.
