Having my car towed was not making my day. Arriving at R & N Motor Company I saw hope in what looked to me like a trustworthy business. The area is clean, the workers are busy and I was being treated with respect and friendliness. These folks went out of their way to complete my car’s repairs swiftly, despite the initial advisory of their being swamped with folks ahead of me. Very professional, honest and hard-working. I had a great experience over there, I came in thinking I needed one thing, they found out it was another, instead of charging me more they charged me less.

Very professional staff and let me know up front they couldn't look at it until a Friday but was able to look at it on a Monday and had an answer by that afternoon. Will return for further service on our other cars.

From the moment I called to ask about a quote, Ryan at the desk was clear and straightforward. On the day of my car service, there was great communication throughout the day and the team had my car ready in a few hours. I would highly recommend.

New to sanford and had my first issue with my truck and didn't want to drive back up to my old stomping grounds. Was told by a need friend that I would be well taken care of here and couldn't be more pleased. Great communication all the way through the process and diagnosed quickly and got me going. Easy 5 star and glad to have been referred here
